By using the service, you confirm that:

CertificationData does not independently verify ownership, authorship, or licensing status of uploaded content.
3. No Legal Guarantee of Ownership
A certificate issued by CertificationData.org is intended to serve as technical evidence that a particular file existed in a specific form at a particular time.
It does not, by itself, constitute or replace:
- Official copyright registration

- Judicial proof of ownership in all jurisdictions
- Independent legal verification of rights
CertificationData makes no representation that a certificate alone will establish legal ownership or prevail in any dispute.
4. Account Access
Some services require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.
You agree to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
5. Payments
Certain features of the service may require payment. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.
All prices, fees, and payment terms are displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed electronically through third-party payment providers.
Refund eligibility, if any, is governed by our Refund Policy.

CertificationData reserves the right to decline, delay, or mark a request as manual-only where technical or operational limitations apply.

Long-term file retention is not guaranteed. In rare cases, files may become unavailable due to maintenance, storage policies, technical issues, force majeure events, or infrastructure limitations.
